Every weekend is staffed by 25-30 women who have already attended the Release Your Burden weekend. The staff work diligently to support and walk alongside new women as they come to find healing and growth.
Linda Tonnesen is a co-founder of Women Revealed. She has led over 50 Women Revealed weekends in Illinois, Wisconsin, Colorado and Texas.
As a certified Shadow Work™ Coach and trainer, she started a private practice as a spiritual and emotional growth facilitator for individuals, couples and groups in 2000. In 2004, she and Debbie Holcomb founded Gracing Experience. Together, they lead trainings, workshops, and intensives, and meet with individuals and families to facilitate emotional and spiritual growth.
In 2014, Linda moved to Florida with her husband. She continues to co-lead the Women Revealed Weekends as well as Gracing Experience intensives and trainings in Florida and Illinois. She has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys writing, teaching, and creating experiences that lead people to find healing.

As an experienced emotional and spiritual growth facilitator, Debbie co-founded the Women Revealed Weekend in 2006 as a not-for-profit organization for women of faith. She co-leads the Release Your Burden and Wonder of Womanhood weekends and has touched the lives of nearly a thousand women over 50+ weekends.
In 2004, she and Linda Tonnesen founded Gracing Experience, in Rockford, IL, where she is a spiritual and emotional growth facilitator. For more than 15 years, Debbie has worked with men, women, couples, families, young adults and teens, helping them navigate life’s challenges and find deeper levels of personal growth. She holds certifications as a Shadow Work™ Facilitator, Coach, Couples Coach, and Trainer for the Basic and Advanced Shadow Work™ Courses. She is also an expert in Shadow Types™, a personality typing assessment.
Debbie says, “My passion is empowering others to live flourishing lives, which includes learning to speak truth with love to ourselves and others.” She is a mother of five adult children. She is divorced after 30 years of marriage. She is active in the Rockford community where she has lived most of her life.
