She is a Shadow Worker® and currently serves as ADR Advisor to FEMA. Gretchen has facilitated at several Women Revealed’s retreats. Emmett serves as an Ombuds for FEMA and leads Ward Mediation Solutions, which provides comprehensive basic mediation training and continuing education programs
