We all have parts of ourselves we’re afraid to show to others. This is proper and useful, but it can become a problem when that prevents us from being who we really want to be. The term “shadow” was first used by Carl G. Jung to describe the repressed or denied part of the Self. Those who lives closely with us often sees more of us than we can perceive ourselves. We are often blind to ourselves and can't see our true nature without projecting it onto others.

Learn the Power of NO - and how to use resistance to empower a group.

What if saying "No" could bring people closer together rather than further apart? Power of No explores how resistance (our own and others’) can be a transformative force for connection, clarity, and empowerment.
