Welcome to Women Revealed (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are honored that you are here. By accessing our website, registering for a program, making a donation, or subscribing to our communications (including email and SMS), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of Our Website

Our website exists to share information about our nonprofit mission, retreats, workshops, and resources. We ask that you use this site respectfully and for lawful purposes.

2. Retreats, Workshops & Emotional Processing

Women Revealed offers retreats and programs designed to foster reflection, emotional awareness, experiential learning, and meaningful group connection. These experiences can be powerful and may involve vulnerable sharing, emotional activation, and personal insight.

By choosing to participate in any retreat or program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

  • You understand that emotional processing may surface unexpected feelings, memories, or responses.

  • You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after participation.

  • You will seek appropriate professional support outside of Women Revealed if needed.

Women Revealed facilitators provide educational and experiential personal development services. Unless explicitly stated, facilitators are not acting as licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric providers within the context of these programs.

Our retreats and workshops are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.

By participating, you acknowledge that you assume all inherent risks associated with voluntary participation in emotionally focused group experiences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Women Revealed, its staff, facilitators, volunteers, and representatives from claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please seek assistance from a licensed professional or emergency services.

Additional participation agreements or waivers may be required prior to attending certain retreats.

3. Registration & Payment

When registering for a retreat or program, you agree to provide accurate information. Payment (if applicable) is required to confirm your participation. Cancellation and refund policies are shared at the time of registration.

4. Donations

Women Revealed is a nonprofit organization. Donations are voluntary and support our mission and programming. Unless otherwise specified, donations are non-refundable.

5. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our email list, you consent to receive newsletters, updates, and occasional promotional communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Women Revealed:

  • You agree to receive informational and occasional promotional messages.

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not a condition of donation or participation.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We use trusted third-party platforms, including Mailchimp, to deliver email and SMS communications. Your information may be processed securely through these providers for the sole purpose of communication.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Women Revealed — including but not limited to written materials, graphics, logos, recordings, curriculum, exercises, handouts, worksheets, retreat structures, session formats, facilitation methods, processes, and program designs — is the intellectual property of Women Revealed unless otherwise noted.

This includes the unique structure, flow, experiential exercises, proprietary processes, and the design and delivery of our retreats and workshops.

These materials and methods are confidential and are shared with participants solely for personal growth and educational purposes. They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, recorded, taught, adapted, published, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Women Revealed. Participation does not grant ownership rights, licensing rights, or any implied permission to replicate or recreate Women Revealed’s programs or methodologies.

To protect both our intellectual property and the privacy of participants, audio recording, video recording, photography, or reproduction of retreat sessions, materials, or group processes is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Women Revealed.

We are committed to creating spaces of trust, integrity, and safety. Respecting these boundaries helps preserve the integrity of our work and the confidentiality of those who participate.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to creating safe and supportive environments, participation in our programs is undertaken at your own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Women Revealed is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or participation in our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
