Powerful Two: The Hidden Power of the Person Beside

Many women spend years standing beside others, supporting family, spouses, friends, leaders, ministries, organizations, and causes, while quietly carrying wisdom, discernment, and strength that often go unseen.

But standing beside someone does not mean standing beneath them.

In this inspiring and interactive workshop, based on her forthcoming book Powerful Two: Standing Beside Greatness and Becoming It, Ginny Bombalier explores the extraordinary influence of the person who stands beside. Through personal stories, practical insights, meaningful reflection, and conversation, participants will discover that true influence has never been reserved for the person in the spotlight.

Together, we’ll explore how support becomes strategy, how presence becomes leadership, and how the right partnership, built on trust, alignment, and shared purpose, can multiply the strengths of two people and create an impact neither could achieve alone.

Participants will also be invited to look inward, recognize the strengths they may have underestimated, identify where their own voice and influence are needed, and consider what it means not only to stand beside greatness, but to step more fully into their own.

Voice Unstuck: Urban Sticker Art Workshop

Graffiti Art: nuisance or art? Whatever your opinion, naughty or nice, are you open to seeing it in a new way?

Since the 1960s, urban artists have used graffiti as a powerful form of self-expression. Whether bold, playful, or deeply personal, if you have wanted to express yourself but struggled to find the words, the right moment, or the audience, experience how street art can give voice to what words alone sometimes cannot. 

Spray paint? Artistic ability? Nope - just curiosity and creativity!

In this in-person workshop, participants will:

  • Have an opportunity to explore an alternate medium for their voice

  • Have a greater understanding of urban art

  • Experience displaying their creativity in a safe, appreciative atmosphere

  • Have fun!

The Breathwork Experience: A Day-Long Immersive Workshop

A guided breathwork experience to quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Neo Shamanic Breathwork (formerly called Holotropic Breathwork) is a powerful, day-long in-person workshop designed for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed by stress, or are seeking a deeper connection to themselves.

It was developed by Stan and Christina Grof, and expanded upon by our mentor James Frazier. This transformative practice uses accelerated, rhythmic breathing combined with evocative music to quiet the thinking mind and access expanded states of awareness - without the use of substances. In this state, participants can tap into their inner wisdom, release stored emotional patterns, and experience deep insight, clarity, and renewal.

Trauma & stress often leave the body frozen, but conscious breathwork teaches your body that it is safe to feel again. It works "bottom-up" —using physical sensations & the breath to unlock deep-seated muscle tension and emotional blocks, enabling you to feel at home and grounded in your own skin again. Breathwork acts as a "remote control" for your internal state, shifting you from a stressed "fight-or-flight" mode into a restorative "rest-&-digest" state where true cellular & emotional repair begins.

In Neo Shamanic Breathwork, we use our own breath as the primary tool, and each participant is always in control of their experience - choosing how deeply to engage and able to pause or stop at any time. This makes the process both extremely safe and deeply moving.

Forum Group Facilitator Certification Program

Forum Groups are a unique kind of small group. Members commit for one year, meeting monthly and sharing a private retreat. Led by a trained facilitator, these groups create an experience rather than follow a curriculum. Forum Groups build a supportive community where individuals can know themselves and each other better as a result of spending time together. 

The purpose of the Forum Group Facilitator Certification Program is to train and empower you to create & lead your own forum groups that have the power to transform lives. 

During the training, you will acquire essential skills and knowledge, including:
- The foundational structure of a forum group
- The significance of empathy and vulnerability in fostering meaningful connections
- How to guide and moderate sessions effectively
- Strategies for cultivating a sense of community among group members
- Best practices for maintaining a professional environment and functioning as an effective facilitator

After completing this training, you’ll receive ongoing mentorship, guidance on pricing your forum group, and assistance in placing members into a small group forum specifically hand picked for you

Advanced Forum Group Facilitator Training

This second level training is for Certified Forum Group Facilitators who want to take their leadership skills to the next level.

Forum Groups are a unique kind of small group. They build a supportive community where individuals can know themselves and each other better as a result of spending time together. 

Topics discusssed:

  • Navigating complex interpersonal dynamics

  • Organizing impactful retreats

  • Fostering lasting connections as your community grows

  • How to handle yearly re-commitment: members leaving, opening up the group to new members

  • The shifting role of the facilitator, setting the group up to lead themselves.
