Taking Ourselves Less Seriously

$97.00

Confidence, Choice, and the Freedom to Be Human

This interactive workshop explores how over-identifying with our thoughts, emotions, and roles can quietly limit our confidence and sense of choice. Through reflection, experiential and embodied practices, along with shared insight and connection, participants will discover ways to stay deeply engaged with life while releasing unnecessary weight.

Bottom line: we really don’t have to take ourselves so seriously.
No… seriously… we don’t. :)

Hosted by Gretchen Kainz, MA, PCC, FwF

1 hours and 50 minutes in length.
Workshop recorded on May 16, 2026.

You will receive an email with a link to the video recording of this workshop. The video will be available to view for 6 months after purchase.

“The instructor was very knowledgeable and caring.. It really helped me to be more present, to have gratitude and to discover parts of myself I didn’t know.”

— Bert

“The workshop impacted me by reminding me that my worth is inherent - it does not depend on having the right answers, fixing problems, or being able to help others. Simply being who I am is enough.”

— Jen
