Women Revealed is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women experience emotional healing, personal growth, and deeper connection through transformational retreats, workshops, and small groups. Our programs provide a safe and supportive space for women to explore patterns of pain, anxiety, and relational challenges while gaining tools for lasting change. Through guided experiences and community, women are empowered to grow in self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and live with greater purpose and freedom.
Our mission is to help individuals heal from past trauma, reclaim lost parts of themselves, and build healthy, meaningful relationships.
Founded in 2006 by three women with a vision to create space for authentic connection and transformation, Women Revealed began as a single weekend retreat. Over the past two decades, it has grown into a thriving community offering multiple retreats and growth opportunities each year, impacting the lives of thousands of women.
About Debbie
Debbie Holcomb is the remaining founder of the Women Revealed organization. She is also a co-founder and now sole owner of Gracing Experience, which has been operating in Rockford, IL since 2001, and where she operates her daily practice. As a professional emotional and spiritual growth facilitator, Debbie works with men, women, couples, families, young adults and teens/adolescents, helping them navigate challenges and find deeper levels of personal growth and awareness.
Debbie holds certifications as a Shadow Work Facilitator, Coach, Couples Coach and Trainer for the Basic and Advanced Shadow Work Facilitation Courses. She is also an expert with the Shadow Types and Enneagram personality typing assessments.
Debbie says, “My passion is empowering others to live flourishing lives, which includes learning to speak truth with love to ourselves and others.” She is a mother of five adult children, and grandmother to five. She is divorced after 30 years of marriage. She is active in the Rockford community where she has lived most of her life.
Within the Women Revealed organization specifically, Debbie is supported by a leadership team including a board of directors, trained facilitators and volunteers, all of whom have come to the organization through participation in weekend opportunities.
