What type of habitat does your inner animal THRIVE in? In this workshop, we will work sculpturally as we explore what a nurturing space feels like for ourselves using metaphors and our animal name.

• Discover more about yourself and what helps you uniquely heal and thrive using your animal metaphor.

• Don't have an animal name or need an update? You will have an opportunity to develop this.

• No “art skills” needed! Use your inherent intuition and creativity (the stuff you were born with, absolutely no need to have advanced art skills) to get in touch with the parts of you that may want nurturing.

• There is no need to buy any expensive art materials. The best place to start is with things you already have laying around the house or things you can easily recycle from a neighbor or friend.

Erika is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and owner of her private practice Story Within, LLC where individuals use materials and metaphor to find healing within their life story. She provides counseling to women, men, and teens in Illinois and Colorado.
