Valeria Conshafter

I’m Valeria and I am glad you are here. I love connecting with others and am particularly passionate about making deep connections with women who are seeking extra support during all the different stages of their lives. I believe there is power in the connections we make in life, and that this power is what helps us move forward and become our better selves. That is my definition of empowerment - women supporting and helping each other wherever they are in their life.

I love creating a safe space for women to come as they are and be what they are called to be, leaving all judgement and preconceived ideas behind. A place where they can just be themselves.

I love teaching women new skills, helping them search for their inner passion and purpose, and being a vessel for their emotional, physical, and spiritual self-discovery. Throughout their journeys, I love building relationships that are based on trust, kindness, and unconditional love and support.

One of my favorite things to do on a weekly basis is to call someone on the phone to just check in. I also love sharing a meal or two with a friend, having many good conversations over coffee while I bake something delicious. I feel that conversations over a meal are the sincerest, as they open our souls, allow our minds to expand into new perspectives, and bring out the best belly laughs.

It is through building these connections that we see each other’s essence, learn about vulnerability, and practice selfless love. It is then that we can experience shared humanity and growth.

Whether in small groups, forum groups, or individually, my passion and goal is to coach and establish lifelong bonds, building community with women all around the globe.
