A Woman and Her Wardrobe

$97.00

Do you have a closet full of clothes and “nothing to wear”?

Our community of revealed women has loved and supported each other through some serious soul searching emotional work. Now we have an opportunity for you to literally reflect back to the world your discoveries about you and who you are - beautifully and wonderfully made - in a physical way. We live as part of an amazing creation - so why would our own physical reflection NOT matter to us as individuals?

It is a brand new offering for women who have done some inner work and are ready to delve into why women choose to dress in one way or another, and what these choices may reveal about us in the unspoken language and psychology of dress. Dressing is both an art and a science that is never taught in school and the rules are not the same for everyone. So come curious, and leave with some very practical pointers for honoring you, your style, your wallet, and what you want to communicate about you to the outside world using no words at all.

There will be some enjoyable prework in preparation for this workshop.

This workshop is presented by Amanda Welsby, a long time member of the Women Revealed community and professionally trained wardrobe consultant.

About Amanda Welsby

Amanda is British by birth and education, and has lived most of her professional life in the Midwest region of the United States.  While taking some time off from her corporate life to be a mom, she trained in London as a House of Colour wardrobe consultant.  This is where her love of “honoring who you are on the inside with how you present on the outside” came from.  Later on she became very interested in Enneagram work, deepening her understanding of the need for transformative emotional growth work.  In 2016 she engaged with her first weekend as part of the Women Revealed community, and has served in various capacities since.

Navigating through issues around living abroad, an alcoholic marriage, divorce, remarriage, loss of employment, various financial challenges and raising 3 children, today she knows that her best life combines good processes for addressing life and love, and none of it comes without work.  Amanda is married to her second husband Pat, and has 3 adult children, all flown the nest, and to whom she credits so much of her learning about life and what ultimately matters.
