Forum Groups are a unique kind of small group. They build a supportive community where individuals can know themselves and each other better as a result of spending time together. 

This second level training is for Certified Forum Group Facilitators who want to take their leadership skills to the next level. Topics discusssed:

  • Navigating complex interpersonal dynamics

  • Organizing impactful retreats

  • Fostering lasting connections as your community grows

  • How to handle yearly re-commitment: members leaving, opening up the group to new members

  • The shifting role of the facilitator, setting the group up to lead themselves.
