Jeff Manchester is an executive coach, leadership advisor, entrepreneur, and author who has spent more than 25 years working with CEOs, presidents, and leadership teams to help them build aligned organizations, strong leadership cultures, and high-trust teams. Through one-on-one coaching, leadership team facilitation, and couples retreats for business leaders and their spouses, Jeff focuses on the human dynamics that determine whether teams and organizations succeed or fail.
Jeff co-authored The Power of Vulnerability: Creating a Team of Leaders by Shifting Inward, which received the Axiom Business Book Award. His work centers on leadership under pressure, organizational alignment, and helping leaders lead with authenticity, accountability, and trust.
Earlier in his career, Jeff began at a Big Four consulting firm before co-founded a technology consulting company that was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in America. He later sold the company to a multinational consulting firm and has since been involved in multiple entrepreneurial ventures, including brand development for professional athletes and the creation of The Latin Quarter Restaurant at Universal Studios CityWalk.
Jeff is a longtime member and past Chapter Chairman of YPO and has served in multiple regional leadership roles. He and his family are actively involved with the Family Resource Center, which supports homeless and abused children. A competitive triathlete and mountaineer, Jeff summited Mount Kilimanjaro in 2024, an experience that deeply shaped his perspective on resilience, leadership, and teamwork.
Jeff lives in Florida with his wife, Lynn, and their family.
